Rawbit Foundation successfully facilitated the formation of a new women's self-help group comprising 25 enthusiastic members from rural areas of Yavatmal. The inaugural meeting focused on entrepreneurship opportunities, financial literacy, collective savings, and skill development. Women participants showed remarkable interest in starting small businesses in tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, and organic farming. The foundation will provide ongoing support through vocational training workshops, access to microfinance, marketing assistance, and business mentorship. This initiative aligns with Rawbit Foundation's core mission of promoting gender equality and economic empowerment. Several women shared their aspirations of becoming financially independent and contributing to their household income. The self-help group model has proven effective in rural development, fostering community solidarity and women's leadership.
